Commercial & Industrial Solar— Cut OPEX From Day One
Cut your business electricity costs by 60–90% with large-capacity rooftop and ground-mount solar systems. We handle everything from feasibility study to commissioning and net metering approval.
Turn Your Roof Into a Profit Centre
Commercial and industrial (C&I) solar puts large solar plants on your factory, warehouse, school, hospital or office roof — or on nearby open land. The plant is grid-connected: it supplies your daytime load first and exports any surplus under net metering where permitted.
Because business tariffs are high and your loads run in daylight, a C&I plant typically cuts the bill by 60–90% and removes a big, growing operating cost.
We handle the full job: feasibility study, load analysis, design, DISCOM approvals, installation, commissioning and long-term O&M.
Best for:
- Factories & manufacturing units
- Warehouses & cold storage
- Schools, colleges & hospitals
- Hotels, malls & offices
- Rice, oil & flour mills
- Ground-mount plants on open land

How We Deliver a C&I Plant
Feasibility & Load Study
We study your bills, load profile, roof or land and shading, then estimate generation and savings.
Design & Approvals
Engineering design, DISCOM sanction and net metering paperwork handled by our team.
Installation & Commissioning
MNRE-certified crews install, test and synchronise the plant with your grid connection.
Monitoring & O&M
Remote monitoring and scheduled maintenance keep the plant at peak output.
6 Reasons Businesses Go Solar
60–90% Bill Reduction
Significant OPEX savings from day one, with protection against future tariff hikes.
Accelerated Depreciation
Claim 40% depreciation in the first year, subject to prevailing tax rules — confirm with your CA.
Scales to Your Load
From 10 kW for a shop to 1 MW for a plant, designed around your consumption.
Dedicated Project Manager
One accountable person from survey to commissioning.
Quality Components
Tier-1 panels, reputed inverters and galvanized structures built for a 25-year life.
Live Monitoring
Track generation and savings plant-wide from a web dashboard.
What a Commercial Plant Can Save
Indicative savings for common plant sizes. Your feasibility report will use your actual tariff, load and roof.
| Plant Size | Suited For | Est. Units / Month | Est. Monthly Saving | Est. Annual Saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 kW | Shop / small workshop | 2,500 | ₹20,000 | ₹2.4 lakh |
| 50 kW | Small factory / school | 5,000 | ₹40,000 | ₹4.8 lakh |
| 100 kWTypical | Warehouse / hospital | 10,000 | ₹80,000 | ₹9.6 lakh |
| 250 kW | Medium industry | 25,000 | ₹2,00,000 | ₹24 lakh |
| 500 kW | Large factory | 50,000 | ₹4,00,000 | ₹48 lakh |
| 1 MW | Industrial / ground-mount | 1,00,000 | ₹8,00,000 | ₹96 lakh |

Common Questions
How much roof area does a commercial plant need?
As a rough guide a 100 kW plant needs a few thousand square feet of shadow-free roof. We measure exactly during the site study.
What is accelerated depreciation?
It allows businesses to claim a larger depreciation on solar assets in the first year, reducing taxable profit. Rules can change, so please confirm with your chartered accountant.
Can I export surplus power to the grid?
Net metering for commercial users depends on your state and DISCOM rules. We confirm the options during the feasibility study.
Do you offer maintenance after commissioning?
Yes. Our O&M and AMC plans cover cleaning, inspection, monitoring and repairs.
